What to expect

Each week, our sessions will be 50 minutes and will focus on a specific tool aimed at empowering you to overcome the challenges of binge eating, restricting, and purging. From practical techniques to mindset shifts, our carefully curated curriculum addresses various aspects of your recovery journey.

To ensure a personalised plan for each participant and a supportive environment, our group is limited to a maximum of 5 participants. This intimate setting allows for meaningful interactions and fosters a sense of community.

We respect your privacy. Participants can choose to remain anonymous, allowing you to receive the benefits of community support while navigating your journey with a level of confidentiality that feels right for you.

At the end of each session, there will be dedicated time for questions, discussion, and sharing experiences. This open forum allows you to seek clarification, share insights, and build connections with fellow participants.
